The Company

We are working with a Professional Services company that employs approximately 20,000 employees in the region. Their regional headquarters are in Singapore with a strong client base in Hong Kong. We are currently searching to appoint a Head of HR for their Hong Kong operation.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR for Asia Pacific, the role will support close to 4,000 employees. Your role will be two fold. You will partner with the senior management team to help grow their business by providing organisational development support and creating and implementing sound talent management and leadership development programs. You will also ensure that the HR infrastructure is robust and delivering an effective service to the business in Hong Kong.

The Individual

You will have several years of HR leadership experience gained in Hong Kong. You will have worked in a complex matrixed organisation, be innovative, with the ability to strategise yet execute. You will have strong presentation and communication skills. Gravitas and a commercial mind will be necessary to work closely with the senior management team.
